Fresh Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. fresh snipped cilantro or 1/4 c. dried cilantro
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes and green onions finely. Add cilantro and remaining ingredients to tomato mixture and mix gently. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 1 cup.
