Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can kraut
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sweet pepper
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. grated carrots
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together the kraut, onion, sweet pepper, celery and carrots.
In pan, mix sugar, vinegar, salad oil, salt and pepper. Heat until sugar melts.
Pour over kraut mixture and chill.
