Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together first 4 ingredients. Mix together the next 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat well, then add dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan that has been well greased at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Yields 1 large cake.
