Chocolate Mint Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 prepared chocolate pie crust
1 qt. mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
chocolate curls (optional)
fresh mint leaves (optional)

Preparation

Spread softened ice cream into the pie crust.
Freeze 1 to 2 hours.
Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with chocolate curls and fresh mint leaves, if desired.
