Poor Man'S Abalone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bottle clam juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. lined chicken breasts
Preparation

Place chicken breasts between 2 sheets of waxed paper; pound until 1/4-inch thick.
Place clam juice with garlic into casserole dish.
Place pounded breasts into juice.
Cover with foil and refrigerate for 36 hours.
Dredge each breast into flour and fry in butter about 3 minutes on each side.
