Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1 chicken, cooked and cubed
1 1/2 c. mandarin orange slices
1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1 1/2 c. green grapes
1 1/2 c. diced celery
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Toss with chicken.
Combine remaining ingredients and toss well.
Refrigerate before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
