Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 box German chocolate cake mix
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut and nuts in bottom.
Mix cake mix as directed.
Pour over coconut and nuts. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool 10 minutes.
Turn out.
The bottom makes the icing.
Mix first 3 ingredients and spread over cake.
