Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pineapple juice
    1 1/2 c. apricot nectar
    4 c. apple cider
    1 c. orange juice
    2 sticks cinnamon
    2 tsp. whole cloves
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    bourbon to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Combine juices in a large saucepan.
    Tie spices in a cheesecloth bag; add to juice.
    Simmer mixture over medium heat for 30 minutes.
    Remove spice bag.
    Add bourbon, if desired. Serve hot.
    Yields 2 1/2 quarts.
