Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 pineapple slices (canned)
Preparation

Cook
first
three
ingredients
in pan on top of stove until soft and sticky.
Arrange slices of pineapple in bottom of greased
pan.
Fill
pineapple
centers
with
pecans
and cherries. Pour caramel mixture on top of pineapple.
Cover all with yellow cake batter (follows).
