Microwave Italian Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can spaghetti sauce
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Place ground
    beef in shallow 3 quart microproof casserole; break up with fork.
    Cook on High 5 to 7 minutes; drain. Add remaining
    ingredients,
    except
    cheese; mix well.\tCover. Cook on High 9
    minutes.
    Stir;
    cover.
    Cook on High 12 to 14 minutes or until
    noodles
    are cooked.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
