Carrot Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs, finely crushed
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 c. cooked mashed carrots
Preparation
    Mix together and form patties.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes, if unsalted crackers are used, add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
