Microwave White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine
    in a 1 quart glass measuring pitcher in a microwave oven
    (about
    30
    seconds on High).
    Add flour and blend to
    a
    smooth
    paste.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cook
    in
    microwave
    uncovered
    4 minutes at High or until thickened;
    stir
    vigorously after 2 minutes, then every 30 seconds.
    Stir in salt.
