Beet Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. beet juice
    5 c. sugar
    1 pkg. raspberry Kool-Aid
    1 box Sure-Jell
Preparation
    Peel and cut up enough beets to use 6 to 7 cups of water to boil.
    Cook until tender.
    Drain.
    Save juice.
    Bring juice, Kool-Aid and Sure-Jell to a rolling boil. Add sugar.
    Boil 3 to 4 minutes.
    Put jelly in glasses and seal or freeze.
