Salinas Potato Topper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
1 c. Dannon plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella
paprika
Preparation

In saucepan over medium heat melt margarine.
Add broccoli; cook and stir until tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in yogurt and Mozzarella.
To serve, spoon onto baked potato halves and sprinkle with paprika.
Yields 10 servings.
