Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 yellow squash
    1 medium onion
    3 carrots
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. herb dressing mix
Preparation
    Simmer first 4 ingredients until tender, 15 to 20 minutes; drain.
    Combine soup with sour cream.
    Mix with drained vegetables; set aside.
    Melt margarine; mix with dressing mix. Layer 1/2 crumb mixture in baking dish.
    Pour creamed vegetables over crumbs.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
