Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.
Line jelly roll pan with wax paper and grease lightly.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Remove roll onto towel that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar. Remove waxed paper while roll is still hot.
Roll loosely in towel and refrigerate for 1 hour.
