Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. bag Jonathan apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    cinnamon to taste
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. soft margarine
    1 egg
Preparation
    Slice apples into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and margarine.
    When mixed, add egg.
    Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serve warm, not hot, with Cool Whip or ice cream.
