Roast Beef, Onion And Au Jus Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. sliced deli roast, thinly
2 medium onions
6 to 8 sub rolls or hoagies
3 pkg. or 3 cans au jus gravy
Preparation

Mix your gravy in a saucepan; slice your onion in slices longwise.
Put them in gravy along with your roast.
Leave it on simmer, uncovered, for about 45 minutes or until the onions are tender.
Serve on sub or hoagies with a dipping bowl of the gravy and dip your sandwich as you eat it.
Very good.
You can do it with a pot roast the same way.
