Lettuce-English Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
3 to 4 hearts of romaine lettuce, torn or cut up
3 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
2 green onions, sliced
2 to 3 Kirby cucumbers, partially peeled and sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. baby English peas (frozen), thawed and dried in paper towels
Preparation

Combine vegetable oil through oregano in a jar and shake well (makes dressing).
