Swiss Steak Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (16 oz.) diced tomatoes
    1 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 to 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving pieces and coat with flour.
    Melt margarine in pan and brown meat on both sides.
    Add tomatoes, salt, basil and pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour until tender.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Cook another 25 minutes.
    Top with cheese until it melts.
