Ingredients

2 lb. small tender okra
6 pods hot green pepper
6 cloves garlic
1 qt. white vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
6 tsp. dill seed
Preparation

Wash and trim okra, leaving
a\tlittle\tof stem.
Place garlic and pepper in bottom
of
sterilized
jars.
Pack
okra firmly in jars.
Add dill seed.
Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes.\tPour over okra.
Seal in jars. Let stand 7 to 9 weeks.
