Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayo
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (dry)
    shredded cheese
    chopped veggies (cauliflower, olives, carrots, celery, green pepper, broccoli)
Preparation
    Place rolls in pizza pan or jelly roll pan and bake according to package directions; let cool.
