Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag California mix vegetables, thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Mix all together (save 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup French fried onions).
    Pour in casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
