Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. shredded carrots or finely grated
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients in a bowl.
    Add oil and eggs and beat. Add carrots.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in 13 x 9 1/4 x 2-inch cake pan.
