Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 can fried beans
    1/2 c. taco sauce
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 (16 oz.) cans chili-bean
    1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained
    8 corn tortillas, torn up into pieces
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In skillet, saute onions and celery in margarine until tender, but not brown.
    Brown about 10 minutes, then stir in chili beans, refried beans, corn and taco sauce. Place 1/2 of the tortillas in a 10-inch square baking dish; top with cheese.
    Bake covered until cheese is melted.
    Garnish with fresh whole chili peppers.
    Makes 8 servings.
