Holiday Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Add green peppers, onion, pineapple, salt and 1 cup pecans to softened cream cheese; mix well.
Shape into a ball and roll in remaining pecans.
Chill for several hours.
Serve with crackers or fresh fruit.
