Vanilla Wafer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 - 12 oz. box vanilla wafers
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 small package flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Crush crackers until fine. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Then add crackers and other ingredients except nuts. Mix, then add nuts. Grease tube pan and line with wax paper. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours. Turn oven off but leave cake in hot oven for 1/2 hour.
