Ingredients

3 lb. deer roast
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 medium potatoes
2 c. carrots
1/2 c. green peppers
water (to cover)
Preparation

Put all ingredients in large pressure cooker.
Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
