Brandied Candied Cranberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen cranberries, picked over and washed
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. brandy or cognac to taste
Preparation
    Place cranberries in large, flat baking pan.
    Berries should be in a single layer.
    Sprinkle with the sugar.
    Cover tightly with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool; sprinkle with the brandy or cognac.
    Will keep indefinitely in refrigerator, or may be frozen.
    Reheat, covered, in oven or microwave.
    Delicious with poultry.
