Chocolate Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. boiled water
    1 c. uncooked oats
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. margarine (no fat)
    2 egg whites
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. white flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/4 c. wheat germ
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine boiling water and oats; let stand for 10 minutes.
    Add sugar and margarine until margarine melts.
    Add all other ingredients and 1/2 package chocolate chips. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 25 minutes or until done.
    Sprinkle other 1/2 package of chips on top and smooth to make frosting.
