Vegetable Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 zucchini, cubed
    19 oz. can tomatoes
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    19 oz. can chickpeas
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and celery and saut for 2-3 minutes. Add rice and saut until brown.
