German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, cooked
    onion
    parsley
    2 tsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes; add onion (chopped) and parsley to taste. Blend together oil and flour in saucepan.
    Stir in sugar, water, vinegar and salt and pepper (to taste).
    Cook (low heat) until boils, stirring constantly.
    Pour hot over cold potatoes, onion and parsley.
