Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Lightly butter a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover bottom with bread cubes.
    Brown sausage in a skillet, breaking up meat with a fork while browning.
    Drain and spread over bread cubes.
    Put milk, salt, mustard and eggs in a bowl.
    Mix well.
    Pour over sausage and top with grated cheese.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 6.
    This is also good for supper served with green beans and sliced tomatoes.
