Easy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. water
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Heat water, milk and cooking oil in saucepan over low heat until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Add egg to warm liquid and flour mixture.
    Blend at low speed with mixer 3 minutes, then 1 minute at medium speed.
    Stir in another 2 to 2 1/2 cups flour by hand to form a stiff batter (batter will follow spoon).
    Cover batter and let rise in a warm place (80\u00b0 to 85\u00b0) until light and doubled, about 50 minutes.
    Stir down batter, then spoon into greased muffin cups or muffin pan. This dough should rise about 20 minutes, then bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan immediately after baking.
