Skillet Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 c. cabbage, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    water as needed
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute onion and corned beef together, breaking up meat as it cooks.
    Add cabbage and cover.
    Steam for a few minutes.
    (Cabbage will have retained some water from having been washed.)
    Stir occasionally, adding water to prevent sticking, until cabbage is done to your liking.
    Add margarine, salt and pepper.
