Lazy Day Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head medium cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1/2 pkg. (1/4 c.) dry onion soup mix
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Shred cabbage as for coarse slaw.
    Put in casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
    Brown beef and rice.
    Drain fat. Stir in onion soup mix.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Combine tomato soup and water.
    Pour over top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
