Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium yellow squash, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. margarine, divided
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender; drain.
    Add crumbs, reserving 1 tablespoon for topping.
    Add cheese, egg, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Spoon into greased casserole dish.
    Top with remaining crumbs and dot with 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown.
