Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
    yolk of 1 egg
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. aged cheese, shredded
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. half and half or milk
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of cayenne pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Bake pie crusts, then baste with yolk of 1 egg and bake 2 more minutes.
    Saute bacon and onion.
    Beat 4 eggs and add to milk. Add all ingredients together; pour in pie shells and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Take out of oven when knife comes out clean. Very good.
