Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms*
    1 large onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. flank or round steak
    1 Tbsp. bottled horseradish
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (condiment sauce)
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    *Two 4 ounce cans may be used.
