Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 loin pork chops
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 c. gin
1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation

Dredge pork chops in flour; season with salt and pepper. Brown chops in oil on both sides. Sprinkle with garlic and orange rind. Pour orange juice and gin over chops. Cook, covered, over low heat, turning occasionally until tender. Sauce will thicken.
