Bertha'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    10 crackers
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    ketchup
    1 egg
    1 c. tomato juice
    pinch of sage
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except ketchup.
    Put in a loaf pan and spread ketchup over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
