Zucchini-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed summer squash (yellow, zucchini and/or patty pan)
    1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place squash in small amount of water in large saucepan; cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
    Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Transfer to greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
