Cranberry Relish Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries, chopped
1 c. boiling water
1 small pkg. cherry Jell-O
5 medium apples, peeled
1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
4 small oranges (whole)
1 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine Jell-O, sugar and water.
Set aside to cool.
Chop oranges, apples and cranberries in a food processor.
Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate.
Will keep 1 week in refrigerator.
