Oriental Seafood Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. Louis Kemp crab delights
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen oriental style vegetables
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    seasoning packet found in frozen vegetables
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet until hot.
    Add crab delights and vegetables; cook and stir over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
    Add the garlic powder, ground ginger and seasoning packet.
    Stir well. Cook 1 minute longer.
    Serve immediately over cooked rice.
    Serves 3. Easy to make and delicious!
