Crispy Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, room temperature
    10 to 12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese, room temperature (I use Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar)
    2 c. flour
    2 c. Rice Krispies
Preparation
    Wipe down peppers, do not wash.
    Seed them, and cut in strips. Put in jars.
    Pack tight.
    Cover with vinegar.
    With 1 pint, put in 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
    With 1 quart, put in 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
