Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag spinach
    1 head lettuce
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 pkg. sliced almonds
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Glazed Almonds: In small pan, melt 2 tablespoons sugar and fry almonds over medium-high heat until dark golden brown. Pour them on a plate to cool and harden.
