Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 (6.8 oz.) pkg. Rice-A-Roni
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 sliced jalapeno peppers (optional)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    seasoning to taste (examples: black pepper, soy sauce, hot sauce, red pepper, etc.)
Preparation
    Saute onion, mushrooms and peppers in oil.
    Add chicken and mixed vegetables.
    Prepare Rice-A-Roni, following directions on box in step one, then pour into pan with sauteed vegetables and 3 cups of hot water.
    Cook until tender (approximately 15 minutes).
