Sausage Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 thin pie crusts (uncooked)
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. onion or 1 Tbsp. minced
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1/3 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    3/4 plus tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 plus tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Allow sausage to cool.
    Grate cheese.
    Combine flour, cheese and dry ingredients; spread over pie shell.
    Mix eggs and milk; pour over cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
    Serve.
