Oven Baked Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant American Mixtures California style frozen cauliflower, carrots and asparagus
    6 oz.( 1 1/2 c.) shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. chopped green or Vidalia onions
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Generously grease 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
    In large bowl combine eggs, milk, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg; beat well.
    Stir in frozen vegetables, 1 cup of the cheese and onions; mix well. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes; or until eggs are just set in center, stirring twice during baking.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yields 12 servings.
