Festive Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 oz. carton sour cream
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Pare and cook potatoes in water until tender (30 to 40 minutes).
    Drain, mash and beat in cream cheese, sour cream and garlic salt until light and fluffy.
    Spoon into a buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter, sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May be made ahead and refrigerated. Allow an extra half hour baking time.
